Help centre, complaints and our 24-hour and 15-day commitments
Our help centre handles call-backs, questions and complaints in one place. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
Our website now has a News section. Staff and advocates in our network can send news; our office checks every item before it is published, and each one carries the writer’s name and the date.
Legal Space Services, the New Delhi legal documentation and services company, has added a News section to its website. It replaces the About Us link in the top menu; About Us, Our Story and the founder’s page remain available from the footer of every page.
Members of our team can write news from their staff panel, and advocates in our advocate network can write from the advocate panel. Nothing goes live automatically. Every item is read by our office first and published only if it is accurate, useful and within the rules that govern legal services. Each item shows the name of the person who wrote it and the date it was published.
Advocates who write for this page follow the Bar Council of India’s rules: no advertising, no fees, no claims of being the best, and no client names. News here is information for the public, not promotion.
The News page lists the newest items first. You can filter by category, or open the archive by month to see what was published when. Every item has its own page that can be shared on WhatsApp, and there is an RSS feed for those who use news readers.
News is general information, not legal advice. If a news item touches your own situation, contact our team and we will tell you what applies to you. For court work, you can find an advocate; the advocate’s fee is agreed and paid between you and the advocate directly.
News on this page is general information, not legal advice. For your own matter, talk to our team, or find an advocate for court work — the advocate’s fee is engaged and paid by you directly.

Since we began in June 2021, Legal Space Services has asked for payment only after the work is done. Here is how that works in practice.
The Right to Information Act lets any citizen ask a public authority for information, usually with a reply due in thirty days. A few drafting habits make the difference between a useful reply and a refusal.
Two doors, both free. Clients search a factual directory of enrolled advocates. Advocates apply to be listed on it — no fee, no commission, nothing paid in either direction.
Search Bar Council enrolled advocates by what your matter is about, by court, or by city. Searching and sending a request are both free.
Enrolled advocates anywhere in India can apply to be listed. Your entry is published only after we verify your enrolment number with your State Bar Council.
This directory carries no ratings, no reviews, no rankings and no fees — only the factual particulars the Bar Council of India permits, published at each advocate's own request. Browse the network · Terms for Advocates
