The form is not a Delhi form with the rest of India bolted on. Pick your State and the districts of that State appear; pick your district and the courts of that district appear — its District and Sessions Court, Family Court, MACT, consumer commission, Labour Court and special courts, then your High Court and its benches, then the State-level authorities, and then the Supreme Court and the national tribunals.
