Is there any fee to be listed?
No. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission on consultations arranged through the profile. The arrangement exists because our documentation work regularly produces matters that need an advocate.
What information will appear on my profile?
Only what the Bar Council of India Rules permit on an advocate's web presence — name, qualifications, enrolment number and State Bar Council, areas of practice, courts, languages and contact. No ratings, no testimonials, no comparative or superlative claims.
How long does approval take?
Usually one to three working days. We verify the enrolment number with the State Bar Council record before the profile is published. If anything does not match, we call you rather than rejecting silently.
Can I edit or remove my profile later?
Yes. Write or call and the profile is updated or taken down. You may also be given a login to update your own details once the profile is approved.
Does listing here amount to advertising under Rule 36?
The profile is designed to stay within what the Rules permit: factual information, published with your consent, with no solicitation language, no claims of quality and no client testimonials. Consultation requests come to Legal Space Services, which coordinates them. You should nonetheless satisfy yourself independently, and we will remove a profile immediately on request.
