Before you write to us — two things are faster. If you only want to know where your

your LSS-ADV number (or your enrolment number) and your mobile — you can reply and upload the
document right there. And if you want your entry taken down, say so below or just call us: it comes
down the same day and we do not ask why.

How quickly does the advocate desk reply?
Usually the same working day, and within one working day at the outside. A request to take an entry down is acted on the same day it reaches us, and we do not ask for a reason.
Something on my profile is wrong. Who fixes it?
Either of us. If you already have a login, sign in and correct it yourself. If you do not, write here with your Application Number or enrolment number and say what is wrong — we correct it and confirm back to you.
I applied but have heard nothing. What should I do?
Open Track my application first with your LSS-ADV number, or your Bar enrolment number, and your mobile. It shows exactly which stage the application is at and whether we are waiting on a document from you — most silences turn out to be an unanswered query sitting there. If the page shows nothing pending, write here and we will look at it by hand.
You have asked me for a document. Where do I send it?
On the Track page, not here. Open Track my application, and the query appears with a box to write a reply and attach the file. It reaches the team handling your application directly and the application moves again as soon as it arrives.
Someone has applied using my enrolment number.
Tell us here and choose that option in the list. One enrolment number can only hold one live profile, so this should not be possible — but if it has happened, we take the entry down while we check, and we check against the Bar Council record.
I want my entry removed.
Say so here, or call us. It comes down the same day, without our asking why and without anything being charged. There is no contract, no notice period and no exit fee.
Is any of this chargeable?
No. Nothing is charged at any stage — not to apply, not to be verified, not to stay listed, not to be removed, and not to write to this desk. Equally, nothing is paid to you: Legal Space Services takes no share of any professional fee and no advocate pays it anything.
Can I discuss a client's matter with this desk?
No, and please do not. This desk is only about your listing. Nothing about a client, a case, parties or facts should be written here — that stays between you and your client.
