Work with us

We are a legal documentation and filing company in New Delhi. The work is real and it is specific: papers that have to be right, counters that have to be reached, and clients who are usually worried about something. If you read carefully, say when something is wrong, and turn up — you will do well here, whatever your CV says.

Is Legal Space Services hiring, and what does it cost to apply?Yes — we take applications all year for our own team in New Delhi, and applying costs nothing. There is no application fee, no registration fee, no security deposit, no training charge, and we never keep a candidate's original documents. The roles are documentation executive, field executive at the courts and registries, client coordinator on calls and WhatsApp, accounts and records assistant, content and SEO assistant, and office assistant. Most need any graduate and no prior experience. You apply by creating an account on this website; the application reaches the owner directly, and you can see where it has reached from your own joining page. Everyone who joins gets a written appointment letter, a salary paid on a fixed date with a slip showing how it was worked out, and a named person to report to.

What we are looking for

Each of these is a real desk with real work on it. Read the one that sounds like you — and if none of them does but you think you would be useful, apply anyway and say so.

Open

Documentation Executive

Draft, format and e-stamp the papers that clients come to us for.

What the day looks like

  • Prepare affidavits, agreements, deeds and applications from the office templates
  • Check every document a client gives against the checklist before the file moves
  • e-Stamp, notarise and get the file ready for the counter
  • Keep the file notes current so anyone can pick it up if you are away

What we look for

  • Careful reading — the job is mostly noticing what is wrong
  • Comfortable typing in English and Hindi
  • Any graduate; law students and graduates settle in fastest

Field Executive (Courts & Registries)

Take files to the SDM offices, sub-registrars and court complexes, and bring them back done.

What the day looks like

  • File papers at the SDM office, sub-registrar, MCD and the Delhi court complexes
  • Stand in the queue, deal with the counter, and come back with the receipt
  • Book appointment slots and track dates on the portals
  • Tell the office the same day if something was objected to, and why

What we look for

  • Knows Delhi NCR well, and does not lose patience at a counter
  • Own two-wheeler and a licence is an advantage
  • Honest about a bad day — a file stuck is fine, a file hidden is not

Client Coordinator (Calls & WhatsApp)

Be the person a worried client actually reaches, and the one who calls back when promised.

What the day looks like

  • Answer calls and WhatsApp, understand what the client actually needs
  • Explain the price and the realistic timeline before anything starts
  • Enter every enquiry in the CRM the same day — nothing on a loose paper
  • Follow up when you said you would, even when the answer is "not yet"

What we look for

  • Clear Hindi and workable English
  • Patience with someone who is upset, and the sense not to promise what we cannot do
  • Any graduate; experience on a desk helps but is not required

Accounts & Records Assistant

Keep the money and the registers straight, to the rupee and to the day.

What the day looks like

  • Daily cash, receipts, deposits and the expense register
  • Match what was quoted with what was collected, and flag the gaps
  • Salary and advance records
  • Month-end statements without being chased for them

What we look for

  • Comfortable with numbers and with saying "this does not tally"
  • B.Com or equivalent, or real experience doing exactly this
  • Tally or spreadsheet experience is useful
Apply for this

Content & SEO Assistant

Write and maintain the pages that bring people to this website in the first place.

What the day looks like

  • Write and update service pages, guides and plain-language law pages
  • Check facts against the actual statute or the actual office, not against another website
  • Keep the internal linking and the page titles in order
  • Track what people search for and what they find instead

What we look for

  • Writes clean English — plain, not flowery
  • Will check a claim before publishing it
  • Law or journalism background is an advantage, not a requirement

Keep the office, the files and the day running.

What the day looks like

  • Receive clients, keep the front desk and the file room in order
  • Scan, index and store papers so they can be found later
  • Support the desks with whatever the day needs

What we look for

  • Reliable and on time
  • Basic computer work — email, scanning, a spreadsheet

What you get

What we actually offer

Only things that happen every single time. Nothing here is a plan or an intention.

Salary on a fixed date

Paid on the same date every month, with a slip that shows how it was worked out — not a number told to you on a call.

A written appointment letter

What you will do, what you will be paid, and what is expected — in writing, on day one.

A named person to report to

You will know exactly whose desk your work goes to, and who to ask when you are stuck.

Work that is measured, not guessed

Your own dashboard shows what you did this month. Salary conversations start from that, not from who spoke loudest.

You will learn the actual law of the work

Not in theory — which section, which office, which form, and what the counter will object to.

No deposit, no fee, ever

We never ask a candidate for money, a security deposit, or original documents to hold. Anybody who does is not us.

We will never ask you for money

Not to apply, not to be interviewed, not to be trained, and not to join. No registration fee, no security deposit, no uniform charge, no "file charge". We also do not keep anybody's original Aadhaar, PAN, marksheet or certificate — you show it, we take a copy, you keep the original. If anyone asks you for money or original documents in our name, it is not us. Call +91 98913 43962 and tell us, and we will deal with it — job fraud is common in this line and the only thing that stops it is candidates who report it.

How it works

From applying to your first day

You create your account

Name, mobile, city and the role you want — about five minutes. You can add your photo and ID details now or later. The application goes straight to the owner; it does not sit in an inbox.

You can see where it has reached

The moment you apply, your own joining page opens. It shows what stage the application is at and what is still needed from you — so you are not left guessing or making follow-up calls.

A call, then a short meeting

We call to understand what you are looking for, then meet at the office. In the meeting we give you a small piece of the actual work — read a document and tell us what is missing, or take a mock client call. Twenty minutes, and it tells us more than any CV.

Approval and your login

Once the owner approves, you get a verification code and your login opens. Your joining formalities are completed online from the same page — no running around with a file of photocopies.

Appointment letter, then day one

A written appointment letter with the role, the salary and what is expected. On day one you get a named person to report to and your own dashboard, where your work is visible to you before it is visible to anybody else.

Start your application
What is it actually like to work here?Small, and therefore visible. There are about 4 of us, so nobody is a row in a spreadsheet and nothing you do goes unnoticed — which cuts both ways. Every file has one named person on it, and that person is accountable for it; you will not be able to hide behind a team, and no one will be able to take credit for your work either. The work itself is exacting rather than difficult: a wrong stamp value or a missing annexure means a wasted trip to a counter and a client who has taken leave from work for nothing. We would much rather you stop and ask than guess. Mistakes are normal here and are fixed without drama; hiding one is the only thing that is treated seriously.
Are there other ways to work with Legal Space Services?Three, and they are separate. This page is for paid roles on our own team. Law students wanting a one-to-four week internship should use the internships page — that is learning, with a certificate and a signed diary at the end. Advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council can apply to be listed in our directory from the For Advocates page; that is a free directory entry, not a job, and Bar Council of India Rule 49 does not permit a practising advocate to be a full-time salaried employee anyway. Each of the three has its own application and its own tracking.

Questions

Before you apply

Do you charge anything to apply or to join?
Never. No application fee, no registration fee, no security deposit, no training charge, and we do not keep anybody's original documents. If someone asks you for money in our name, it is not us — call +91 98913 43962 and tell us, because we would want to know.
What qualifications do you need?
For most roles, any graduate. For the accounts desk, B.Com or real experience doing the same work. For documentation and content, a law background helps but is not required. What actually decides it is whether you read carefully, whether you say when something is wrong, and whether you turn up.
Is there an interview, and what happens in it?
Yes — usually one call and one meeting at the office. We will ask you to do a small piece of the real work: read a document and tell us what is missing, or take a mock client call. It takes about twenty minutes and it tells us far more than a CV does.
Do I need experience?
Not for most of these roles. Several people on the team joined with none. What we cannot teach is showing up on time and owning a mistake; the rest we will teach you.
What are the timings and where is the office?
The office is in New Delhi and the working day is a normal office day, six days a week, with one weekly off. Field work means being out at the courts and registries for part of the day. Exact timings are confirmed on the call before you join, and they are written into your appointment letter.
How is salary decided?
It is agreed in writing before you start, paid on the same date every month, and comes with a slip that shows how it was worked out. Increases are discussed against what your own dashboard shows you did — not against who asked loudest.
Is this the same as the internship for law students?
No, they are separate. This page is for paid roles on our own team. Law students looking for a one-to-four week internship should go to the internships page instead — that is unpaid or stipendiary learning, with a certificate and a signed diary at the end.
I am an advocate. Is this the right page?
No. An advocate who wants to be listed in our directory should use the For Advocates page. Bar Council of India Rule 49 does not permit a practising advocate to be a full-time salaried employee, so we do not offer an advocate a job here.
How do I apply?
Create your account on this website, fill your details, and the application reaches the owner directly. You get to see exactly where it has reached from your own joining page — no guessing and no follow-up calls needed.
What happens after I apply?
The owner reviews it, and you are called for the interview if the role fits. Once you are approved you get a verification code, your login opens, and your joining formalities are completed online from the same page.
