This is one of the fourteen service categories handled by Legal Space Services, a Delhi-based legal services and documentation company. Every service below shows its starting price and realistic timeline upfront — order in a minute, and we call you the same day with the exact documents and the final quotation. Nothing is charged before that call.
From same-day court marriage to NRI and foreign-national registration. If you are not sure which Act applies to you, order any one of these and we will tell you on the call which route is genuinely correct for your situation — even if it is the cheaper one.
Verification, translation, apostille, appointment booking and file preparation — the supporting work that makes a marriage registration go through the first time.
Not sure which document you have actually been asked for? These guides explain each one in full — what it is, the exact papers you need, what the wording must say, and the mistakes that get it rejected. Every guide links straight back to its order form.
Almost every couple who calls us asks the same first question: what is the fastest legal way to get married? The honest answer depends on who the two of you are.
If both partners follow Hindu, Sikh, Jain or Buddhist practice and the ceremony has already taken place, registration under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is usually the quickest route and often completes within days. If either partner follows a different religion, or if you wish to marry without any religious ceremony, the Special Marriage Act, 1954 applies — and it carries a mandatory thirty-day public notice which no agent can remove, whatever they promise. Where a valid ceremony is needed quickly, Arya Samaj marriage provides Vedic solemnisation which we then register so that you hold a government certificate rather than only a temple document.
Anyone who tells you the thirty-day notice can be skipped under the Special Marriage Act is either mistaken or planning to do something you should not be part of. We will tell you the real position, even when it is not what you were hoping to hear.
Alongside the marriage itself, we handle the supporting work that couples often discover late: marriage affidavits, certificate corrections when a name is misspelled, duplicate certificates when the original is lost, and police protection applications for couples facing family threats. Live-in relationship agreements are also drafted for couples who are not marrying yet but want their arrangement documented properly.
If one or both partners hold foreign citizenship or live abroad, the paperwork expands: passport and visa copies, a single-status or no-impediment certificate from the home country, and often apostille or embassy attestation. These matters run on a longer timeline — usually thirty to forty-five days — and they fail most often because a document was obtained in the wrong sequence. We plan the sequence around your travel dates before you book flights.
Marriage work is where many clients first meet us, but it is one category out of fourteen. The same team and the same documentation desk also handle affidavits and notary work, rent and partnership agreements, property deeds and title verification, name change and gazette notification, birth and death certificate corrections, domicile, income and police clearance certificates, passport, visa, apostille and embassy attestation, company incorporation, GST and MSME registration, tax filings, legal notices, bail applications, consumer and cheque-bounce matters, and family court petitions.
Most couples who complete a marriage with us come back within a year — for a rent agreement when they move in together, a name change after marriage, or passport and visa documentation for travel. Because all of it sits with one company, the second job is always faster than the first: your documents are already verified and on file.

Every service on this page can be ordered directly from its own page. You give your name, mobile number and city; you receive an order number; and our team calls you the same day with the exact documents required, the realistic timeline and the final price. No payment is taken at the time of ordering, and the quoted price stays below the prevailing market rate for the same work.
Order any marriage service or simply call — we identify the correct Act, the documents you need and the real timeline on the first call.
Two doors, both free. Clients search a factual directory of enrolled advocates. Advocates apply to be listed on it — no fee, no commission, nothing paid in either direction.
Search Bar Council enrolled advocates by what your matter is about, by court, or by city. Searching and sending a request are both free.
Enrolled advocates anywhere in India can apply to be listed. Your entry is published only after we verify your enrolment number with your State Bar Council.
Would rather not pick anybody? Tell us the matter instead — one form goes to every advocate at once, and the first to take it up calls you.
This directory carries no ratings, no reviews, no rankings and no fees — only the factual particulars the Bar Council of India permits, published at each advocate's own request. Browse the network · Terms for Advocates
