Somebody gave you a code. Check it before anything else.

Every person who works at Legal Space Services has one code that belongs only to them. Type it below and you will see who it is. Do this before you hand over an original document, and before you pay anybody anything.

Representative code

The code looks like LSSANISH003 — the letters LSS, a name, and three digits. Type it exactly as you were given it.

Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged. We do not store what you type here.

Four things we will never do

  • We will never ask you for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card PIN, a CVV or a net banking password. Nobody here is authorised to, not even the owner.
  • We will never ask you to install a screen-sharing or remote-control app.
  • We will never ask for money before the work is done. Placing an order is free; we call you first and confirm the price, and you pay after the work is completed.
  • We will never ask a job applicant or an intern to pay us anything — no registration fee, no training fee, no security deposit.

If somebody using our name asks for any of these, it is not us. Refuse, and tell us at once on +91 98913 43962. A cyber fraud can also be reported on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or on the helpline 1930.

Anybody from our team will give it without hesitation. Somebody who refuses, stalls, or changes the subject is telling you something.

3. Keep the receipt

Every order has an order number and a written receipt. If there is no order number, there is no order.

Checking a code is also useful the other way round: if you have already placed an order you can follow it yourself on the Track Order page, and anything that has gone wrong can be raised on our grievance redressal page, where the officer is named and the timelines are written down.

About representative codes

What is a representative code?
It is a short code of the form LSS followed by a name and three digits — for example LSSANISH003. Every member of our team has one, and it is unique to that person. If somebody from Legal Space Services speaks to you about an order, they can give you their code so you can check who they are before you hand over a document or a rupee.
Does entering the code book anything or cost anything?
No. This page only looks up a code and shows you who it belongs to. Nothing is ordered, nothing is charged, and we do not keep what you typed. Placing an order is a separate step on the service page itself.
The code did not match. What should I do?
Stop and call us on +91 98913 43962 before going any further. Do not hand over any document, any original, or any money. A code that does not match means we cannot confirm that person is ours, and we would far rather you checked twice than lost something.
Will anybody from your team ever ask for an OTP or a UPI PIN?
Never. Nobody from Legal Space Services is authorised to ask you for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card PIN, a CVV or a net banking password, and we will never ask you to install a screen-sharing app. If anybody asks, it is not us. Refuse, and tell us.
I have an ID card with a QR code instead of a code. Can I check that?
Yes. Every staff ID card carries a QR code — scan it with your phone camera and it opens our verification page for that person directly. The typed code on this page and the QR on the card check the same records.
Do you show the person’s phone number or address here?
No. This page confirms a name, a designation, the city they work from, and whether they are currently with us. It does not show a phone number, an email address, a home address or anything else, and there is no way to list or browse our team from here — you can only check a code you were already given.
