A genuine low rating is published just like a high one, and we reply to it. We do not hide reviews because they are negative.
We do not edit what you write. If a review breaks a rule below, we remove it and write to you with the reason instead of changing it.
Abuse, something that is plainly not a real experience, other people’s private details (phone, address, case numbers), and adverts for other businesses.
Bar Council of India rules do not allow advocates to seek work through testimonials, so we do not publish reviews of individual advocates.
The average and the review count at the top are calculated from the published reviews every time the page loads — nothing is typed in by hand.
